Early bird registration

Registration fee includes:
- Congress kit;
- 4 days access to the conference (17-20 June 2025) including coffee breaks and lunch meals;
- Welcome reception (17 June 2025).
Partecipation to Gala dinner (18 June 2025):
- + 50 Eur for registered participants (full or student);
- +100 Eur for each accompanying person.
Please register as soon as possible: knowing the number of participants will allow a better organization of the events.
Registration process
Registration is a two step process. Please read the instructions (carefully) before proceeding.
- STEP 1: you need to register using the page that can be reached by clicking the button “Go to registration page” below. Do not click the button yet! Wait until you will have completed reading STEP 2!
- STEP 2: After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from “icnf2025@bisazzagangi.it”. As part of the e-mail, you will receive a link for accessing the payment page, where you will be able to select optional items/services. Your e-mail and the password you selected in the registration form will be your login credentials.
If you have completed the registration, you can access the payment page directly by following this link. You will have to use the login credentials that were mailed to you.
Please note: if you do not receive the login credentials within a reasonable time (1 hour), please write an e-mail to Carmine Ciofi (cciofi@unime.it) reporting the problem. You will receive instructions on how to proceed directely from Carmine.
