CONFERENCE PROGRAM
Please note:
- The detailed conference program is reported below and can be downloaded as a pdf file from this link.
- A concise schedule of the scientific sessions and of social events can be found at this link
- The program is available in the form of a Google calendar at this link.
- Authors of poster presentations are expected to be present for discussion on June 19 during the coffee breaks.
- The FET100 event is organized by the IEEE Electron Device Society in parallel with the conference. Prof. Cor L. Claeys (KU Leuven) in his capacity as an IEEE-EDS Distinguished Lecturer, will give a lecture entitled “A Century Field Effect Transistor: Past, Trends and Challenges for the Next Decade“. Access to the event is free and independent from registration at ICNF2025.
